Floorplans and Fees

We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Our one-time fees include the following:

  • $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable
  • $195 Administrative Fee, per household, due upon signing of the lease. Nonrefundable
  • Refundable Security Deposit – 1 month rent, due upon signing of the lease; Unit Specific
  • $300 Pet Fee, per pet, due upon signing of the lease. Nonrefundable

Utility Billing: 

  • Utilities billed direct to Tenant: Gas and Electric – Set up directly with Xcel Energy 
  • Utilities billed back by management: Water, Sewer, Trash

Optional Monthly Charges:

  • Parking: Pricing based on demand and availability
  • Storage Room: Pricing based on demand and availability
